The Cancer Institute NSW has a range of formal and informal recognition programs that recognise and reward exceptional performance that underpins our vision, values, goals and key drivers of success.

Our major formal quarterly recognition program - the Purple Jersey Award - recognises employees who demonstrate the Cancer Institute NSW desired behaviours, known as "Key Drivers for Success".  These behaviours are also aligned to the Performance Development Process (PDP).  All nominees and winners are announced and celebrated at our quarterly all-of-staff Town Hall Meeting.
