Submitting Proposals

For information on the required documentation for submissions to the Cancer Institute NSW Clinical Research Ethics Committee please refer to the Submission Checklist. Please include a copy of this checklist with your application.

Applicants are to email a copy of all documentation to: ethics@cancerinstitute.org.au

Applicants are to send, in hard copy, one (1) copy of all documentation (with original signatures), and five (5) copies to:
