2011 Round 1 grant applications due

Key dates for the Institute's 2011 competitive grants program are now online. Applications for the first round will open on 25th February, with applications closing on the 8th April.

Round 1

Funding is available in three grant streams:

  • Research Equipment Grants - large
  • Adolescent and Young Adult Clinical Training Fellowships
  • Research Leader and Future Research Leader Programs

Important note

The Translational Cancer Research Centre (TCRC) program incorporates a number of Cancer Institute NSW grant schemes which will no longer be on offer outside this program, including professional development and training for research and clinical staff such as research scholars, clinical fellowships, research innovation grants, travel and education scholarships, networking and outreach activities and research activities. The application/award process for these grants is currently underway.

In addition, from July 1, 2011 applications for several grant types will only be accepted from funded TCRC's with consortia members as first named applicants including Research Equipment, Research Infrastructure, Research Leader, Future Research Leader and Translational Program Grants.
