Get Off Cigarettes Campaign was a campaign originally developed by the Department of Health UK. It has been adapted by the Cancer Institute NSW to highlight the range of support services available to Australian smokers.

Getting off cigarettes on your own can be hard but getting professional help can make it much easier. Support to quit smoking is available in NSW. Smokers are encouraged to talk to their GP, pharmacist or Quitline to learn about strategies and new medications that are available which can significantly increase chances of successfully quitting.

Get off cigarettes for good ... by getting help.

Quit smoking support is available through the iCanQuit website and the NSW Quitline (13 7848).
