These guidelines are intended to help the Chief Cancer Officer, as the Principal Officer of the Cancer Institute NSW to understand obligations placed on all Principal Officers under section 11 of the Independent Commission Against Corruption Act 1988, to report suspected corrupt conduct to the ICAC.

The guidelines also explain how to report to the ICAC and the process the ICAC follows once a report is received.
