All grant recipients must report progress and outcomes, as well as full financial reports as condition of funding. These reports enable the Cancer Institute NSW to assess whether satisfactory progress has been achieved and are essential in evaluating the Institute's funding programs.

Financial Reporting

Grant recipients are required to submit Financial Reports at the end of each financial year. Financial Reports must be submitted to the Grants Secretariat by the 15th August each year.

The Cancer Institute NSW reserves the right to suspend a Grant if expenditure of funds is not consistent with the terms in the funding agreement, or where a Grant recipient fails to submit satisfactory reports, as required. The Cancer Institute NSW may determine that funds have not been used in accordance with conditions applicable to the Grant, and that all or part of the Grant must be repaid and/or the Cancer Institute NSW may withhold part or all of the remainder of the Grant payments.

Progress Reporting
