The role of Information Security Program Lead is to develop a strategy and provision of advice on the design and implementation of security frameworks and policies to reduce risk to the institute’s data and systems. A key focus will be in regards to the identification and analysis of potential cyber threats, as well as the development of security solutions and controls. The contribution will ensure security measures are in alignment with government policy, industry standards and best practice.
