Uterine cancer
Uterine cancer is a rare cancer that affects the uterus (womb) in women. It is a type of gynaecological cancer which is more common in women over the age of 50.
The most common type of uterine cancer is endometrial cancer, which starts in the endometrium or lining of the uterus.
The Cancer Institute NSW recommends that all people with cancer have their care overseen by a multidisciplinary team (MDT).
