The Cancer Institute NSW invests in the next generation of cancer researchers in NSW through the highly prestigious and competitive fellowship scheme. The Early Career Fellowship and the Career Development Fellowship enable researchers to increase their research capability and achieve significant cancer outcomes.
Dr Nunki Hassan is a post-doctoral research fellow at the University of Sydney whose pioneering research focusses on leukaemic stem cells in acute myeloid leukaemia (AML).
She was one of the recipients of our 2023 Early Career Fellowship research grants.
