How to access information about yourself held by the Cancer Institute NSW.

Under NSW privacy law, you are entitled to request access to information about yourself held by the Cancer Institute NSW. Usually, you will be asked to apply for access in writing and provide identification.

Before submitting a request for information, please read the privacy policy.

Requests for access to information will be responded to as soon as possible or, in most cases, no later than 28 days. If you believe the information we hold about you is incorrect, or an error has been made, please let us know.
