Campaign description
The campaign shows the range of health consequences caused by smoking, and reinforces that smoking will lead to one of these diseases:
- Heart disease
- Gangrene
- Reduced lung function
- Chronic bronchitis
- Stroke
- Emphysema
The commercial recognises that smokers know the health consequences of smoking but they still smoke. Quitting smoking can be hard and smokers may need help to permanently break their habit.
Quit smoking support is available through the iCanQuit.com.au and the NSW Quitline (13 7848).
