1. New starter documents

As a new employee, there are a few other documents and forms we need you to complete and email back to us so we can set you up in our systems.

Our payroll is managed by HealthShare who are an external service provider, you will have completed a number of on-line forms required to add you to payroll as part of the on-boarding process in the Recruitment & Onboarding (ROB) system as part of the hiring process.

There are a few remaining documents we require you to complete which are outlined below.

Please ensure you complete and return these forms as soon as possible so we can add you to our systems prior to your start date.  Please send them to CINSW-HR@health.nsw.gov.au.

If you are a current NSW Health or Government employee and you would like your previous service to be recognised and wish to transfer leave entitlements over to us, please obtain your Details of Previous Employment (DOPE form) from your most recent employer and email this form to CINSW-HR@health.nsw.gov.au.  We will liaise with your employer to have your entitlements transferred.

Please note: Depending on which agency you have transferred from, there are restrictions to the amount and type of leave the Cancer institute will accept. Contact us if you have any questions regarding this matter.

2. My Health Learning Mandatory Induction modules

Joining a new employer means learning new frameworks, policies and processes.  To help you transition to working in the Cancer Institute NSW and NSW Health, we provide our new employees with the option of completing the mandatory e-learning modules before they start.  This will help you to settle in and feel confident more quickly.

You have received your login details for My Health Learning, from an email from us following on-line acceptance of your letter of offer.  (Your Username will be your Employee Stafflink number). Please click on the link below to access our learning management system.

Having problems logging in or completing the modules? Contact us for assistance.
